We're looking for a sharp and experienced Performance Marketer who can handle both traditional e-commerce ad campaigns and regulated/high-risk gambling ads, with a focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and native ad platforms. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:📢 Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and native platforms. 🛒 Strategize and execute full-funnel ad campaigns for e-commerce brands — from awareness to purchase. 🎰 Build and manage ad funnels for gambling products/sites while complying with platform restrictions. 🧪 Run split tests (A/B) on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance. 📊 Analyze data to optimize ROI, reduce CPA, and scale high-performing campaigns. 🛠️ Implement pixel tracking, conversion APIs, and proper attribution systems. 🧾 Stay up to date on the latest advertising policies, especially regarding gambling and high-risk verticals. 🧠 Required Skills & Experience:✅ 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (preferably agency-side). 🧲 Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.). 🎯 Proven ability to scale campaigns in both e-commerce and gambling niches. 🧑💻 Familiarity with ad account warm-up, cloaking tools, and compliance workarounds (for gambling). 🖼️ Bonus: Ability to work with designers or create basic creatives using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools. 💸 Compensation:Competitive monthly retainer or salary (depending on experience) Opportunity to manage ad spend at scale with real ownership
