Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer with over 5 years of experience in designing, planning, and executing landscape projects. The ideal candidate should have residential, and urban landscape design expertise, ensuring aesthetics, sustainability, and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative landscape designs for residential and commercial projects. Prepare conceptual sketches, master plans, and 3D visualizations . Select suitable plants, materials, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems . Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers for seamless integration of landscape elements. Ensure compliance with environmental and zoning regulations . Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and soil testing . Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and government authorities . Oversee on-site execution to ensure designs are implemented as planned. Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and sustainability practices in landscaping. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, and GIS software . Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping . Ability to work with budgets, timelines, and project constraints . Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills .
