The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing career counseling, and academic advising. Daily tasks include meeting with students to discuss their academic goals and career aspirations, conducting assessments to identify student needs, and developing personalized academic plans. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and staff to ensure students have access to necessary resources and support within the institution. Qualifications Career Counseling skills. Academic Advising and Education background Strong Communication skills and ability to work closely with students Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality Familiarity with educational resources and career development programs Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field Previous experience in an academic advising or counseling role is a plus
