Job Title: Education Counsellor / Course Enrollment Executive Location: ACS Vidhya Point Dharampur, Gorakhpur (U.P.) Job Type: Permanent - Commissions based (5-10% profit sharing on successfull closure) About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and confident individual who can sell and pitch career-oriented computer and technical courses to students through cold calling, social media, field visits, and local outreach . This is a pure incentive-based opportunity — no fixed salary. Earn 5% to 10% commission per course enrollment , with potential to make 50,000 to 1,00,000+ per month depending on your efforts. Courses You’ll Pitch: DTP (Desktop Publishing) ADCA (Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications) Tally (Accounting Software) DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications) CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) Programming Courses – C++, Java AutoCAD And more Key Responsibilities: Actively search for potential students via local networking, cold calls, door-to-door visits, and social media. Clearly explain course benefits, fees, and career prospects to students and parents. Follow up with interested candidates until conversion. Maintain daily records of outreach, leads, and enrollments. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets. What You Need to Succeed: Strong sales and communication skills (Hindi-speaking must; English is a plus). Confident with cold calling, social media outreach , and in-person interactions. Ability to build trust and explain course value convincingly. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Prior experience in sales/education counselling is a bonus, but not mandatory. Perks & Earnings: Commission: 5% – 10% per student enrollment (varies by course) No earning cap – the more students you enroll, the more you earn.
