This position is responsible for sales of Schneider Electric Services Offer of Secure Power Business through SE Channel Partners/Distributors. The role requires knowledge of Secure Power Services business and Channel management. You must be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of the solutions and develop the cost/benefit methodology. You will be responsible for sales through Partners, distributors, and End users, support the development of a strong value proposition for the Services BU Initiatives, and make presentations to a variety of customers across all market segments. Additionally, you will be accountable for partner management, driving new business initiatives to ensure Service business growth, and managing partner relationships to build a strong network. Key Performance Indicators include Order Intake, Overall Sales, Business Pipeline, Appointing new partners, and the successful planning and implementation of new Services initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to engage with diverse teams and convince external parties to accept proposals and programs. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused mindset, strong listening capabilities, accountability, self-motivation, and proactive approach. Adaptability to fast-moving environments, the willingness to take risks, and a collaborative team player attitude are key attributes. Education requirements include a College Diploma/Technical Diploma, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in solution sales dealing with UPS products and solutions, as well as partner management expertise. Knowledge in Channel Sales, Partner and Solutions Sales across all segments, Customer Management, offering solutions, IT Services business (UPS & Others), and Techno-Commercial aspects is crucial. The primary location for this position is IN-Tamil Nadu-Chennai, and it is a part-time role with an ongoing unposting date.,
