PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:1 Achievement of targeted Business volumesAchievement of overall monthly sales targets and annual sales targets Achievement of Brand-wise Sales target with specific focus on Aatmanirbhar brandsEnsuring achievement of targets by each ABM and FO and enhancing productivity Improvebusiness hygiene by reducing sales returns & expiry Effective forecasting to ensure smooth availability & distribution of products Co-ordination with channel partners/ distributionEnsuring achievement of collection targetsTaking measures to address slow moving products Facilitating the performance across various therapies2 KOL DevelopmentDevelopment of a set of brand-specific core customers & supporting the implementation of strategic allianceprograms for maximizing ROI from KOLsMonitoring the efforts of ABMs and FOs with specific focus on ensuring a minimum doctor call average of 12and minimum 95% MCR coverage & 95% coverage of KOLs in each territory Develop & sustain relationships with KOLs through periodical personal visits and follow upsPeriodically track the contribution from KOLs and ensure interventions under the guidance of Head ofDepartment and Vertical Head in protecting & developing the business from KOLs3 Effective Implementation of Marketing Programs Developing key brands in each territory through a team of ABMs & FOsPeriodically track the implementation of marketing programs and address the gaps if any Channelizing the effort of team members to achieve desired resultsTracking the efforts of team members through Phyzii and ensuring complianceImplementation of local strategies under guidance of Head of Department and Vertical Head
