Hiring: Operations Executive (Full-Time, In-Office) Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our growing team. This person will work closely with the COO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across customers, instructors, and vehicles. Your job is simple – keep everything running like a well-oiled engine. Responsibilities: Coordinate schedules between customers and instructors Track vehicle availability and ensure proper usage and maintenance Manage bookings and follow-ups using our mobile and web dashboards Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards Maintain daily records and reports in Excel/Google Sheets Support the COO in executing new operational processes Keep the team and system organized and on time Requirements: Strong communication and coordination skills Familiarity with basic Excel / Google Sheets Ability to quickly learn and work with online dashboards / internal tools Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus) Should be punctual, disciplined , and solution-oriented Comfortable working from our office (this is not a remote role ) Experience: 0–2 years in operations, customer handling, or service coordination (Freshers with strong execution mindset can also apply) Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days a week (including weekends, with a weekly weekday off) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: In person
