Role & responsibilities Deep knowledge and understanding in Industrial Engineering (IE) process and parameters Advanced knowledge of machines and tools, equipments, jigs and fixtures, their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Expert in designing and understanding of various layouts, technical plans, blueprints, drawings etc. Expertise in reading and interpretation in using all kinds of technical specifications and documents. Well-versed in understanding various electronic components and products Expertise in analysis of Takt Time, Cycle Time, UPH, UPPH, Line Balancing, Work Study, Time Study etc. Exposure in installation and commissioning of various lines and machines Sound understanding and knowledge in preparing and implementing various SOPs of IE. Deep knowledge in Auto-Cad (2D & 3D) process. Expertise in the implementation of the Lean Techniques or Lean Management, PFMEA, Poka Yoke, QIT / PIT, TPM, Kaizen etc. Expertise in providing solution to the gaps identified in the existing processes & practices through various techniques of Root Cause Analysis. Hands on experience in IE process audit & ability to identify gaps & provide solution. Excellent communication & team management skills. Should have excellent man management skills & ability to develop and drive the high performance team culture. Experience in handling the internal customers.
