Job Summary: Oversee the end-to-end sales process of smart meter orders, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. Securing Orders and managing project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales Lead customer engagement and securing orders from key customers in the region Identifying key personnel at customer organisation to enable favourable decision making Top line accountability for the region Achieving or exceeding Sales target Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends and competitors Map customer needs to inform product strategy and roadmap Provide valuable inputs for pricing strategy Order Execution: Monitor order execution progress and identify critical activities Facilitate regular team meetings and address challenges Coordinate with internal teams for GTP preparation, GA drawings, and prototype samples Manage prototype submission, testing, and approval Coordinate with customer for manufacturing clearance and delivery schedules Followup and realization of advance payment if applicable Track and monitor manufacturing processes Customer and Stakeholder Management: Provide regular project status updates to customers and Management Address execution concerns and raise issues to management Coordinate with DISCOMs and customer for inspections and dispatch instructions Payment Recovery: Collaborate with logistics for meter dispatch and document preparation in line with dispatch instruction Coordinate with finance for invoicing Ensure timely payment collection from the customer based on the contractually agreed payment terms Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Sales or Key Account Management in manufacturing sector, order management & project management Experience in dealing with DISCOMs is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English & Hindi Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, Google workspace & ERP Awareness about ISO practices Additional Skills: Understanding of smart energy meters Multilingual

should Job Title: Business Development Manager - Energy Domain (North India) Location: Delhi NCR/ Lucknow / North India (Preferred Base) Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager for our Energy domain, focusing on developing business opportunities in GIS, automation, and data analytics for power utilities (generation, transmission and distribution) and government agencies across North India. Key Responsibilities: Market Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across state utilities- generation, transmission, distribution companies, SLDCs, and central energy departments. Map key stakeholders in government and semi-government energy organizations. Sales & Tender Management: Track, evaluate, and respond to relevant RFPs/RFIs/EoIs/tenders in the energy domain. Work closely with presales, solution architects, and bid teams for proposal submissions. Articulate and pitch GIS-based solutions, asset management, automation (SCADA/RTU/SAS integration), Analytics based solution Develop customized solution strategies aligned with customer pain points and utility modernization goals. Conduct regular client visits, technical discussions, and presentations. Note - Location preference: Delhi NCR / Lucknow or candidates willing to relocate/travel extensively in North India should apply. Only candidates with experience in business development/sales in the energy/power/utilities sector will be considered. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Indian power sector and utility operations. Exposure to Govt bidding processes and tendering portals. Experience in solution-based consultative selling. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical proposal preparation.
