Our aim is to support our clients in optimizing their operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for managing daily HR tasks, supporting HR management, handling employee benefits administration, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and assisting with training procedures. The role involves ensuring efficient HR operations and contributing to a productive workplace. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Experience in Benefits Administration Skills in Training and development Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the business process outsourcing industry is a plus
