We are seeking a skilled and proactive MLB EPM Engineer to join our Engineering Program Management (EPM) team. The candidate will play a key role in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) activities related to the Main Logic Board (MLB) in smartphone production. This role involves close coordination with multiple internal functions and acting as a key link between the customer and the factory. Key Responsibilities: Manage new product introduction (NPI) for smartphone MLB production. Handle SMA planning , define material requirements, and coordinate engineering validation. Oversee testing activities , resolve engineering issues, and manage limited MLB resources effectively. Ensure line efficiency and drive process improvements, focusing on UPH (Units Per Hour). Coordinate daily meetings , sync-up sessions, and shipping schedules. Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams . Deliver timely and accurate feedback to customers during the engineering build. Control build cost and follow up on PO status with customers. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or engineering program management. Strong understanding of NPI, SMA planning, and units per hour. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced environments.
