Solid understanding of Salesforce development approaches and how the ecosystem of tools support this. Hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using products such as Copado. Experience operating within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Detailed Responsibilities Partner with Salesforce Development Team(s), both internal and external, to guide on the best way to build and deliver changes, while assisting with the resolution of deployment errors. Engage with teams to continually assess and improve the available training, documentation, quality standards, and tool configurations to ensure that the needs of the teams and the business are being met. Deliver improvements from the DevOps team backlog aimed at improving delivery capability, platform stability, and reduction of technical debt. Provide guidance on release readiness, ensuring changes submitted have met quality criteria prior to deployment. Produce and contribute to effective documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Articles, and Technotes that can be understood by all levels of staff.
