The Workday Developer position at Tecnoprism requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience, who possesses strong financials and HCM expertise in ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have experience in at least one Workday Finance and HCM implementation, and should be proficient in the Workday toolset. The role demands a high level of commitment to quality, security, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Gathering business requirements from the Business Community and translating them into technical specifications, including creating and analyzing reports for improved business analysis. - Managing and developing reports, as well as performing data analysis. - Conducting root cause analysis to address break/fix issues effectively. - Ensuring data integrity throughout all data transformations and transmissions. - Participating in prototypes and demonstrations of new functionalities. - Supporting the bi-annual upgrade processes. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, and/or technical financials reporting. - Proficiency in Data Quality and Data Transformation using Workday Prism Analytics. - Expertise in managing Workday VNDLY, Adaptive Planning integrations. - Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce) with Boomi integration platform is highly desirable. - Proficiency in Workday technologies such as Adaptive Insights, Workday Studio, Workday Integrations, Workday Prism, Workday Security, and Workday Reports.
