As an experienced and driven SAP S/4HANA Migration Lead with 6-9 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in spearheading end-to-end migration projects for enterprise-level clients transitioning to the S/4HANA platform. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and supporting complex migrations using tools such as SUM DMO and SWPM while ensuring system stability and performance. Your in-depth knowledge of HANA database architecture and SAP upgrade processes will be instrumental in the success of the projects. Working in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement, you will lead SAP S/4HANA migration and conversion projects from start to finish. Your expertise will be utilized in designing and implementing migration strategies tailored to specific customer requirements, performing system assessments, upgrades, and landscape transformation activities, as well as providing post-migration support including performance optimization and issue resolution. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members on SAP Basis and migration best practices. Your experience in at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA migration projects and a minimum of 4 SAP upgrades executed in a hands-on capacity will be valuable assets. Strong expertise in S/4HANA conversion methodologies, heterogeneous migrations, and hands-on experience with SAP HANA Database architecture and administration are essential requirements. Proficiency in using SUM DMO, SWPM, and other SAP migration tools is necessary, along with experience with SAP Cloud (BTP, HANA Cloud) being a plus. Familiarity with Solution Manager, Java stack, BODS, and WebDispatcher is advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also key requirements for this role.
