Technical & Behavioral Competencies College Degree, preferably a Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance) Strong verbal and written English skills required. Ability to converse clearly with internal and external staff. Minimum 2 years of experience in reconciliation background in investment banking domain and/or prior related industry for an Associate Level 1. Mandatory hands on experience of reconciliations applications like Intellimatch,(Minimum of 1 yr) Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS-Word & Excel skills required. To be based in Chennai & Mumbai and prepared to travel if required.
