No. 615/201, Rajlaxmi Commercial Village Gender Preference: Male Age Range: 28 – 40 years Experience Required: 6 – 10 years Salary Range: 30,000 – 40,000 Joining: Immediate Reporting To: Ram Sir Job Summary We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of our online sales channels. This role requires strategic thinking, deep knowledge of e-commerce processes, and strong analytical and project management skills. The candidate will handle category management, boost sales performance, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Manage product categories, selection, pricing, and inventory control across e-commerce platforms. Develop and execute stock strategies to ensure high fill rates. Negotiate and control packaging material costs for cost-effective procurement. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, recommending strategies for improvement. Plan production in alignment with sales trends and stock availability. Maintain product content accuracy and update listings as needed. Handle Safe-T claims, shortages, switchroo, RTV, and manage all related refunds. Manage and Oversee B2B order processing, including invoice and payment tracking. Track and manage Daily Run Rate (DRR) across platforms, ensuring stock alignment. Use OMS tools like Uniware or OMS GURU for order processing and reporting. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Operations, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities. Solid knowledge of platforms like Amazon , Flipkart , Myntra, and CMS tools. Familiarity with e-commerce legal and compliance requirements. Prior team management experience preferred. Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
