Job Title: Unqork Tech Lead

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Unqork implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Serve as the platform SME, ensuring best practices, governance, and reusability across projects.
• Translate business requirements and UX wireframes into modular components and workflows.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Manage development timelines and technical delivery in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Mentor and guide Unqork developers and junior staff.
• Interface with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps).
• Collaborate with Unqork Support/CSM for platform escalations and solution optimization.
• Drive automation, CI/CD adoption, and process standardization within the LCNC factory model.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Unqork platform (configuration, APIs, RBAC, modules, workflows, integrations).
• Strong grasp of JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Background in enterprise software engineering (JavaScript, cloud platforms, or traditional dev a plus).
• Experience leading small to mid-sized Unqork teams and client-facing engagements.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, Git, and documentation tools.
• Unqork Level 2+ certification preferred.

Job Title: Unqork Developer

Experience:

• Configure Unqork modules, data workflows, and UI components.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and templates.
• Collaborate with BA, QA, and UI/UX teams to translate designs into Unqork configurations.
• Perform unit testing and peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot application issues and participate in defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to platform standards and client-specific governance models.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in Unqork development.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON structures, role-based access controls (RBAC), and workflows.
• Good logical reasoning and debugging skills within the platform.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC, basic versioning tools (Git), and JIRA.
• Unqork Level 1 Certification required.
• Exposure to enterprise use cases (insurance, banking, healthcare).
• Familiarity with using Postman for API testing.
• Experience with platform governance, performance tuning, or documentation.
