Role Description This is a contract-based, remote role for a Full Stack Web Developer. We are looking for developers who have experience and are passionate about building interactive experiences. This role will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks and will leverage a variety of cloud native platforms and tools to create AI-Native application experiences. The individual will work on developing, testing, and deploying new website features, ensuring scalability and performance. Daily tasks will include programming, coding, and implementing web design practices to create a seamless user experience. Any experience working on mobile and touch-enabled devices would be viewed favourably. We are now building engaging, AI-powered learning experiences and need a creative doer to help script, produce, and ship content at speed. You’ll work with product/content managers to turn ideas into tutorials, course videos, visuals, audio snippets, and social posts that people love. What you’ll do Co-develop scripts/storyboards for short lessons, how-tos, and explainer videos. Record/clean audio; edit voice tracks; use AI tools (TTS, noise removal, voice enhancement). Edit video and create visuals (thumbnails, slides, diagrams, posters, promo assets). Repurpose long form content into platform-native clips for LinkedIn/YouTube/Instagram/TikTok. Maintain a content calendar; ship consistently; track basic analytics. Collaborate across product, design, and SMEs to keep content accurate and on-brand. You’ll bring Portfolio showing 2–4 pieces (video, reels, carousels, or audio). Basic scripting/storyboarding; strong writing for clarity and pace. Hands-on with AI and design tools (Canva/Descript/CapCut/Runway/ElevenLabs or similar). Audio/video editing fundamentals (levels, timing, cuts, captions). Visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, brand consistency). Social-media savvy and comfort juggling multiple deadlines. Nice to have Experience with learning content (courses, MOOCs, LMS) and simple screen-record tutorials. Basic copyright & asset-licensing hygiene. On-camera presence (optional).
