Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities for solutions in Telephony, Audio-Visual, Data Networking, and Cyber Security domains. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets. Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, quotations, and solution presentations . Drive deal closures and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships . Conduct opportunity risk assessments, forecasting, and pipeline management to support business planning. Skills Required Experience in B2B Enterprise, Corporate, and Mid-Market IT / Telecom / AV Solutions Sales in the East Region. Proven ability to manage a revenue target of INR 75–80 Lakhs per quarter . Strong customer orientation , ownership, and commitment to issue resolution through internal systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills . Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities . Qualifications MBA / Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6–7 years of relevant experience . Proven track record in selling IT infrastructure and managed services . Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills .
