To Ensure 100% adherence to Production plan while ensuring the defined SQPCDSM targets. Coordination with PPC team for daily production plan adherence to meet 100% on time delivery. Ensure adherence to Quality parameters across all shops. Ensure compliance on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (Eg IATF/ISO14001/45001, IR/PR, EHS etc.) Analysis of internal Quality issues wrt manufacturing and timely closure of QPR Analysis for downtime and improvement Productivity improvement in all shops as per Group norms Ensure standardized work documents as per SOP for Line balancing Provide support in recruitment, training and development of mfg team R To Ensure 100% adherence to Production plan while ensuring the defined SQPCDSM targets.
