Apply via WhatsApp: 8800484744 Position Overview: We are actively seeking candidates who are open to new opportunities and ready to grow in a dynamic, technical sales environment. The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently open to work , seeking a rewarding opportunity in the manufacturing or industrial solutions sector . A proactive, results-driven approach is essential. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions while consistently achieving sales and performance targets. Key Requirements: Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the water industry, piping, tanks, or industrial components . Familiarity with piping, pumps, RCC tanks, SMC tanks, water treatment, or related industrial products . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Open to client meetings , field visits , and travel as needed. Strong understanding of industrial/B2B sales processes and client needs . Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a target-driven mindset. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories or product segments. Identify and acquire new business opportunities from industrial clients. Conduct client visits , attend site meetings, and offer tailored solutions. Deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations . Coordinate with the technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets . Represent the company at industry events, expos, and trade fairs . ? Preferred Background: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical/Civil) or Graduate with relevant experience. Exposure to OEMs, infrastructure consultants, contractors, or EPC companies . Prior involvement with products like tanks, pipelines, WTP/ETP systems , etc. ???? Education: B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical / Civil / Chemical (Preferred) Diploma Mechanical / Civil / Industrial (Also Considered) MBA / PGDM Marketing / Sales (Preferred for BDM roles) Candidates with a technical background and proven industrial sales experience will be prioritized.
