The key responsibilities for this role include operating powder mixing and grinding systems in accordance with production orders, unloading and loading silo goods, unloading and loading palletized goods onto trucks, loading machines with raw materials, unloading barges, proper sampling according to specifications, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, operating wheel loaders, forklifts, cranes, and filling machines. It is important to report any defects found to the supervisor and complete other production tasks assigned by the supervisor. Additionally, operating equipment such as industrial trucks and construction machinery may be required if assigned accordingly. Ideal candidates should preferably have technical/industrial training or other comparable qualifications. Possessing an industrial forklift license and HT license is optional. The ability to work at heights, basic knowledge in the operation of computers/tablets, and language skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English are also desired for this position.,
