Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely submission of tax returns (IT Returns) for individuals and businesses.Provide guidance on TDS filings and reconciliations.Manage government projects from tendering to execution, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Oversee construction project management, including site visits, budgeting, rera account and scheduling.Prepare financial reports on real estate properties, including balance sheets and income statements.Desired Candidate Profile3-8 years of experience in accountancy or related field with a focus on government tenders/projects.CA qualification required; additional certifications like CMA or CS preferred.Strong understanding of real estate construction projects, government projects, and government tenders.Proficiency in Tally ERP software; knowledge of other accounting software an added advantage.Rera working knowledge. Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all financial aspects related to real estate projects, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with all government regulations, particularly related to RERA (Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act).Manage the company's tax-related matters, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS, with a keen understanding of the real estate sector's tax laws.Preparation and submission of government tenders, ensuring compliance with all bidding requirements and documentation.Handle audits and statutory reporting as per the requirements of real estate businesses and government contracts.Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, helping to optimize real estate investments and operations.Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations.Key Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (C.A) with a strong academic background.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with government tendering processes, including preparation, submission, and compliance.In-depth understanding of RERA (Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act), including compliance, filings, and reporting requirements.Proficient in financial accounting, reporting, taxation, and audits, with a strong grasp of accounting software.Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related regulations within the real estate sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management.Desired Skills:Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.Experience with financial modeling and analysis in real estate development.Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards specific to the real estate industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other financial software.
