Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries from prospective parents and students via phone, email, and walk-ins. Counsel parents on school programs, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and admission procedures. Conduct school tours and open houses for prospective families. Manage admission documentation and ensure smooth onboarding for new students. Maintain and update prospective student databases (CRM or internal system). Collaborate with the marketing team to organize admission campaigns and outreach events. Follow up with leads to meet monthly and annual admission targets. Provide timely feedback and reports to the school management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive ability and empathy when engaging with parents. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
