Role Summary We are looking for a creative and business-driven professional with an interior design background to lead our sales and marketing initiatives for premium stone surfaces. This hybrid role demands a balance of design expertise, client servicing, and sales acumen. The candidate will act as a bridge between design and business, leveraging design knowledge to consult clients and drive sales across residential, commercial, and luxury segments. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate new business opportunities by networking with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and corporate clients Manage client pipeline from lead generation to order closure, ensuring targets are consistently achieved. Conduct on-site visits to assess project needs and recommend suitable stone applications (flooring, countertops, facades, cladding, etc.) Prepare and deliver design-led presentations, mood boards, material samples, and mock-ups to help clients visualize applications. Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely follow-up to close deals. Marketing & Brand Visibility Collaborate with the marketing team to design brochures, sample catalogues, and digital campaigns that highlight product applications. Represent the brand at trade shows, design expos, and industry networking events to strengthen brand positioning Ensure dealer/distributor showrooms and company experience centres showcase products with premium standards of display. Monitor competitor strategies, pricing trends, and new product launches to adapt sales approach accordingly Design Support & Consultation Advise architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and corporate clients. on material selection, finishes, textures, applications, and care guidelines based on design aesthetics and Functionality. Collaborate with internal design/technical teams to develop layouts, renderings, and installation details for client presentations Keep updated with emerging design trends, colour palettes, and sustainable material solutions in the industry Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture (mandatory) Experience: 2-5 years in interior design, building materials, stone/tiles, or allied industries (sales/marketing exposure preferred). Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software (preferred), MS Office & presentation tools Industry Knowledge: Understanding of natural stone, quartz, marble, granite, engineered surfaces and their applications. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Target-driven with the ability to balance design advisory and business development. Comfortable with frequent travel and site visits.
