The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing phone calls, handling clerical duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and performing general office tasks as required. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Clerical skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
