Role & responsibilities As a Sales and Marketing Executive at UGF, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, promoting our product range, and ensuring a positive client experience. Your duties will include: Introducing and promoting company products to prospective clients. Identifying sales opportunities and generating leads through networking and market research. Persuading clients through effective presentations, product demonstrations, and addressing their queries or concerns. Supporting the delivery of initial consignments and ensuring smooth onboarding and transactions. Conducting follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolving any post-sale issues. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term engagement. Coordinating with clients for timely payment collections and addressing billing-related queries. Collaborating with internal teams to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and strategic goals. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive and identify business growth opportunities. Providing actionable feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product performance, and market insights.
