Offer personalized education pathways based on individual profiles. Admission Guidance : Assist students in the entire admission process including application forms, Statement of Purpose (SOP). Review and proofread all academic and admission-related documents. Course and University Selection: Research and recommend institutions that match the students profile and preferences. Provide accurate information on course structure, duration, fees, scholarships, and campus life Visa and Immigration Support: Guide students through the student visa process, including documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation. Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and visa policies of target countries (e.g., Australia, Canada, UK.) Preferred candidate profile: Possess over 1 year of relevant experience in the education and student counselling domain. Demonstrated expertise in student advising, admissions support, and educational counselling , with a strong understanding of academic pathways and institutional requirements. Prior experience with Australian institutions and immigration processes is highly valued and contributes to delivering accurate, up-to-date guidance for international education. Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems , particularly Salesforce , to manage student records, communications, and application tracking. Recognized for exceptional customer service skills , with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and educational partners. Strong administrative and organizational abilities , capable of efficiently handling multiple priorities and ensuring timely completion of all documentation and processes.
