Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Lead Generation and Conversion Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for student enrolment Design landing pages and lead capture forms for education services and webinars Track, nurture, and follow up on leads through digital platforms and CRM tools Social Media Marketing Manage and grow the consultancy's presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create and schedule engaging content, including success stories, visa updates, student testimonials, and educational tips Run paid social campaigns to promote services, events, and webinars Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Optimize the company website and blog for relevant keywords like "study in Australia", "student visa", etc. Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic visibility and ranking Monitor keyword rankings and implement SEO best practices Google Ads and Paid Campaigns Run targeted PPC campaigns on Google Ads for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, and USA Create campaigns for services such as student counselling, application support, and visa processing Track ROI, optimize ad spend, and improve CTR and conversion rates Content Marketing Collaborate with counsellors and content writers to create informative blog posts, FAQs, guides, and infographics on overseas education Promote downloadable content like checklists, country guides, and visa requirements Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and brand tone Email and WhatsApp Marketing Plan and send email campaigns for newsletters, event invites, and follow-ups Use WhatsApp Business API or tools for lead follow-ups, document reminders, and personalized communication Segment audiences based on interest, location, and application status Market Research and Strategy Monitor trends in international education, visa policy changes, and student preferences Conduct competitor analysis to improve positioning and offerings Suggest and implement new strategies for brand visibility and student engagement Preferred candidate profile: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for international education and a strong understanding of digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting educational services online, generating high-quality leads, and driving engagement through targeted digital campaigns. Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (experience in the education or overseas consultancy sector is highly preferred) Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns , especially targeting students for study abroad destinations such as Canada, Australia, UK, and USA Familiarity with visa processes , academic intake timelines, and student behaviour in international education markets Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager , and other paid advertising tools Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) Familiarity with Canva , Adobe tools, or similar design platforms for creatives Key Attributes Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a must) Detail-oriented with a creative approach to digital content Ability to work independently and collaborate with counselling, content, and admissions teams Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the international education landscape
