About the Role We are looking for a passionate Junior UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You'll be working closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. What Youll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and user flow. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs. Maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure brand consistency. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and tools. What Were Looking For A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work, preferably for digital products. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles. Strong visual design sense and attention to detail. Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly. Good communication and teamwork skills. Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus (not mandatory).
