Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role located in Delhi, India. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating with different departments, and assisting with customer inquiries. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow and efficient office management for the instrumentation and controls team. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Customer service skills and ability to coordinate with different departments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the instrumentation or engineering sector is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be advantageous
