Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans to track project progress. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to inform project decisions and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement data collection tools and methods to ensure high-quality data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans and activities. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation. Provide technical assistance and training to project staff on monitoring and evaluation best practices. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the recruitment and staffing industry. Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation principles, including data analysis and interpretation. Experience with data collection tools and methods, such as surveys and focus groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
