Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Domestic Recruiter based in India. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and collaborating with team members to meet hiring goals. Qualifications Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms- Nukri and LinkedIn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
