MTC Group has a strong presence both nationally, operating across 9 locations with 18 recycling yards and 5 Manufacturing Units, and internationally in the USA, UK, Africa, Singapore, and Dubai, managing approximately 2 million Metric tons of metals annually. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities including Unit Recruitment, Attendance Management, Leave & Absenteeism Management, Salary Processing, Wage Administration, Statutory Compliance, Liasoning with Govt. Departments, Maintaining & updating all statutory compliance, Submission of all statutory returns, SPOC for all Govt inspection and audit, HR Legal Compliance, Responsible for IR matters, Employee Relations, Employee Health & Wellness, Workforce Administration, Employee Database Management, Employee Life Cycle Management (Hire to Retire), Query Handling/ Grievance Resolution, Contract Labor Management, General Administration, Unit Upkeep and Maintenance, AMCs for all utilities, Overall supervision and monitoring of adherence of workplace policies & practices, and Monthly MIS. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA or Post Graduation in a related field.,
