Role & responsibilities Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of all electrical systems, including: HT/LT switchgear Transformers Motors Generators Circuit breakers and relays Preventive & Predictive Maintenance : Scheduling and executing routine maintenance Condition monitoring of equipment (vibration, IR value, etc.) Troubleshooting & Fault Analysis : Diagnosing breakdowns Rectifying electrical faults quickly to reduce downtime Compliance & Safety : Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes (e.g., IE Rules) Adhering to safety protocols and standards (PTW, LOTO, arc flash protection, etc.) Supervision & Documentation : Supervising contractors and technicians Maintaining logs, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.E in Electrical or Instrumentation Experience: Min. 5 years in Power Plant E&I Activities License: Valid Wireman / B / C / Supervisory License from any state Mandatory Apply Now!
