Role & responsibilities - Branch Profitability - Branch Portfolio Performance ( both Group Lending & Individual Loans ) - Percentage Mix between Group / Individual Lending. - Productivity of front end personnel. - Growth in contribution on volume and revenue to the Cluster / Territory Basis - Customer Care Programme in the Branch and Marketing - Attending customer queries & resolution in TAT - New Customer acquisition and attrition. - Ensures every new joinee in the cluster goes through the training and is certified before he is got into branch. - Branch Attrition Voluntary / Involuntary - No of people groomed to the next level. - Team Handing - Audit Rating - FTR Score for the cluster - No.of exceptions raised due to branch quality check. Preferred candidate profile Strong Experience in handling Group Lending/Group Loans and MFI . Experience of 5+ years in MFI ( Rural - NBFC ) Age 30-37. Education - Graduation .
