Job Responsibilities: · Drive B2B sales of BLE, BT BLE, and WiFi BLE modules to OEMs, EMS companies, and system integrators. · Identify and qualify new leads across sectors like IoT, automotive electronics, smart lighting, industrial automation, and wearables. · Build and manage a sales pipeline, track opportunities, and convert them into revenue. · Work closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. · Conduct product demos, presentations, and customer training sessions. · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals with support from management. · Represent the company at expos, seminars, and client visits. Key Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in electronic components, preferably wireless modules. · Strong understanding of BLE, Bluetooth, WiFi BLE technologies, and embedded system applications. · Existing network of potential customers in relevant domains is a plus. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field. · Experience working with distributors, EMS, or OEM clients in India. · Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales processes.
