Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Specialist located in Kolhapur. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting automobile issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include diagnosing problems, performing repairs, liaising with customers to understand their concerns, and maintaining detailed records of services provided. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities Excellent Technical Support Effective Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant technical certifications or automotive qualifications are a plus Skoda or Volkswagen experience will be advantageous.
