Foster a positive work environment through regular engagement and transparent communication. 5. Employee Welfare, Health & Safety (Plant) Drive implementation of safety measures, EHS practices, and employee welfare programs. Coordinate medical checkups, wellness initiatives, and statutory welfare facilities. 6. Contractor & Compliance Management Oversee deployment, compliance, and documentation for contract labour across locations. Ensure all statutory and company-specific requirements for contractors are met. 7. Administration Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administration, including housekeeping, travel, canteen, courier, stationery, and vendor coordination. Oversee office maintenance, infrastructure, and facility management. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and corporate events. Monitor and control administrative costs through effective budgeting and vendor negotiation. Coordinate onboarding logistics and infrastructure requirements for new employees at HO. 8. Insurance & License Management (All Locations) Ensure timely renewal of all insurance policies related to plant assets, HO premises, employee group insurance, vehicles, and other risk coverage. Maintain records, coordinate with insurance companies, and handle claims documentation as required. Manage license renewals for all locations including factory licenses, pollution control board clearances, canteen licenses, and any other statutory registrations. Liaise with legal and external consultants to ensure documentation and timelines are adhered to.
