Business Development Intern (ERP & SaaS Focus) : Location: Mumbai | Internship | Path to Full-Time Role About UnifyXperts At UnifyXperts, we help businesses unify their operations using ERPNext, an open-source ERP platform built for modern Manufacturing, E-commerce, Service, and Distribution companies. We've implemented ERP solutions across the US, India, and Asia—and now we’re looking for our next growth partner. About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who’s hungry to learn, excited by technology, and confident in communicating with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers. This isn’t a “cold-calling only” internship — you’ll be trained to demo ERPNext, handle objections, and help leads progress through the sales funnel. If you grow with us, this role will evolve into a full-time Business Development Executive position. What You'll Learn & Do Understand how ERP systems solve real-world business problems Assist in qualifying inbound leads and identifying prospect needs Conduct product demos (training provided) for prospects in various industries Support the BD team with pre-sales research and CRM updates Communicate with prospects via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Zoom Handle common objections with confidence and clarity Shadow the founder in key sales conversations (and lead your own in time) What We're Looking For Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal + written) High willingness to learn technical concepts and business logic Confidence in speaking with professionals (CXOs, Managers, Business Owners) Curiosity about business systems, SaaS, ERP, or CRM platforms Self-driven, coachable, and growth-oriented attitude Ideal Candidate Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, or Technology Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, or client interaction is a bonus Comfortable using Zoom, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Open to working from our Mumbai Office (Goregoan) Growth Path 3–6 month internship with structured mentorship Conversion to full-time Business Development Executive based on performance Opportunity to work with global clients in Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Service sectors Perks Hands-on training on ERPNext and consultative selling Mentorship directly from the Founder & Growth team Letter of Recommendation / Internship Certificate Paid internship with performance-based incentives Path to full-time, high-impact role How to Apply Send your resume + 1-minute video introducing yourself at pragati@unifyxperts.com Show more Show less
