Responsibilities • Excellent space planning and concept presentation skills with minimum of 2-3 year of experience. • Focus on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace designs. • Responsible for preparing detailed interior layouts withy effective space planning strategies and developing concept presentations. Work closely with the 3D design team to ensure the development of accurate 3Ds that reflect the design intent and concepts. Presentations, pitching, innovation and creativity. Client Interaction, Engage with MNC clients to understand their conceptual vision and specific requirements. Coordinating with team to create working drawings, layouts, material sheets etc. • Strong design sensibility and ability to develop a project from concept to execution. Requirements and Our Expectations • Relevant experience of working on corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects. Employ creativity and innovation in presentations, pitches, and overall design processes. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile. Ensure cohesive teamwork to deliver high-quality project outcome. Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management and organizational skills. Qualifications: • Diploma / Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong portfolio showcasing previous corporate interiors/workplace design projects. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Must-have qualifications • Have you worked in corporate interior fit out projects? • Have you managed 25,000 square feet and larger projects in design? • Do you have thorough understanding of soft wares relevant to design.
