What You’ll Do Strategic Campaign Management Strategize and execute digital campaigns that fuel GTM initiatives across BFSI, NBFC, Credit Information, and Trade Credit Insurance. Content Development Create compelling blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, and email sequences for senior decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, COOs). Growth & Performance Drive organic growth while managing paid campaigns. Track performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and turn insights into action. Lead Generation & Nurturing Support Account-Based Marketing with targeted nurture flows. Build personalized drip campaigns in HubSpot from awareness to conversion. Brand Management Grow presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms. Position UNICUS AI as a thought leader globally. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with product design and solution consulting squads to ensure campaigns are cohesive, creative, and aligned with business goals. What We Expect Education & Experience MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing OR equivalent proven experience. 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or B2B tech. Technical Skills HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, SEO expertise. Strong history of lead generation and pipeline contribution. Core Competencies Content writing and positioning for B2B. Analytical mindset — tell the story behind the numbers. Strong communicator and influencer. Bonus Points Curiosity or experience in GenAI and SaaS growth strategies. Success Metrics (KPIs) Increase inbound leads by 30% in 6 months . Grow LinkedIn followers & engagement by 2x in 12 months .
