As a Sitecore Lead/Architect with over 10 years of combined experience in backend and frontend development, you will play a crucial role in leading an Agile development team to design and build enterprise-grade software systems on the Sitecore & .Net platforms. As a Senior Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for back-end development using technologies such as Sitecore, .NET, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive web development, and Bootstrap. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies, specifically C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Framework 4.6 & above. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore XP is required, along with strong technical knowledge of Content Management and familiarity with Sitecore features and best practices. Proficiency with Sitecore Helix, SXA, Forms, Unicorn, TDS, and ORMs is necessary, and knowledge of Sitecore JSS, Item Serialization, Sitecore CLI, connect, and Docker containers would be advantageous. Additionally, experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for this role. It would be advantageous to be a certified Sitecore developer with a robust understanding and hands-on experience across multiple versions, including upgrades.
