Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Senior Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in technology sales , particularly in Audio Visual Solutions, Security Solution and Data Networking , with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive new business initiatives from concept to closure. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, lead generation , and new business development . Manage the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to deal closure – ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets. Research, identify, and qualify potential accounts to develop new sales opportunities. Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations to initiate and advance the sales process. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and build relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams , providing insights from customer interactions to enhance outreach campaigns. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Mid-Market segment and with direct customers . Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet client needs. Contribute to marketing initiatives and provide feedback to refine business development strategies. Maintain a strong technical understanding of Audio Visual and Networking Solutions to effectively communicate value propositions. Participate actively in team collaboration and support cross-functional objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 2–6 years in technology or solution sales , preferably in Audio Visual Solutions or Data Networking . Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Knowledge: Good understanding of AV systems, collaboration tools, and networking products. Approach: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to achieving business goals. Preferred Background: Experience in handling Mid-Market and Direct Customers . Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred candidate profile
