Role Overview: Were looking for a seasoned MarTech Implementation Architect to lead end-to-end delivery of the HCL Unica Suite (Campaign, Interact, Contact Optimization, Journey, Deliver, and more). In this role, youll design, architect, and implement large-scale marketing automation solutionsintegrating Unica with enterprise systems, databases, and modern cloud-native platforms. Youll work directly with enterprise clients, shaping solutions that drive impactful customer engagement while mentoring teams on best practices, scalability, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead implementations and upgrades of HCL Unica Suite for enterprise clients. Architect and present solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Oversee configuration, optimization, migrations and production go-lives. Integrate Unica with third-party platforms (databases, applications, and cloud ecosystems). Guide client teams on Unica architecture, scalability, and operational best practices. Leverage cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, OpenShift) to modernize deployments. Support innovation by introducing best practices in performance, security, and automation. Requirements Experience: 815 years in MarTech solution design and implementation. Platforms: Strong expertise in HCL Unica Suite (or equivalent MarTech platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, or Braze). Technical Skills: Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL (tuning and optimization). App Servers: WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss. Operating Systems: Linux and Windows. Integrations: SOAP, REST, Java APIs. Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP; hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and OpenShift. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Kafka, Hadoop, or Snowflake; real-time inbound marketing expertise. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
