The choko chip unibic cookies are horrible. You need to have steel teeth to chew. Customers beware before buying these cookies. Very bad product.

I have consumed a packet of Choco Ripped Cookies. Taste wise it's ok but for a old age person it could be hard to consume. Packaging is great, glossy. But it could have been soft.

About a month back I complained about the sub standard cookies to their Customer relation officer with all details including pics. Unfortunately even after several remainders no response from them. Highly irresponsible customer care service.

If we buy 10 rupees pack its worth for the money. If we buy a big family pack costs 50 rupees, its a big scam because we get only two pack of biscuits costing 10 rupees inside the family pack of 50 rupees. This is the biggest fraud I've ever gone through!!
