Responsibilities Lead the structuring, placement, and renewal of all Proportional and Non-Proportional Treaty Reinsurance Programs. Work closely with underwriting, claims, finance, and actuarial teams to align treaty strategy with risk appetite. Manage relationships with reinsurers and brokers across domestic and international markets. Ensure regulatory and internal compliance for all reinsurance placements. Mentor and collaborate with our Data Analytics resource to drive data-backed treaty decisions.
