As a GenAI based Manual Tester at InxiteOut Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in configuring and testing AI/ML product/system to ensure robustness and security. Your responsibilities will include performing manual testing, conducting exploratory and black box testing for AI features, and testing AI-specific scenarios such as prompt stability and hallucination edge cases. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers in Agile teams to design, develop, and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements. You will be expected to manage and review the deliveries of a team of external manual QA, change system configurations to achieve optimal quality output, and ensure adequate test coverage for backend services and microservices. Moreover, you will need to write and maintain basic automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar, preferably in Python, and conduct regression, sanity, and smoke testing during CI/CD deployments. To excel in this role, you must possess attention to detail, aptitude to learn and understand requirements, and experience with various testing methods such as black-box, white-box, and grey-box testing. Scripting knowledge in Python and strong experience in functional testing, including API, integration, acceptance, end-to-end, smoke, and sanity testing, are essential. Additionally, a good understanding of non-functional testing, regression testing strategies, and best practices is required. It would be advantageous to have familiarity with AI testing, CI/CD pipelines, hallucination and prompt variability in LLMs, RAG system testing, evaluating LLM outputs, and data labeling and validation practices. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, and holding an ISTQB certification or equivalent would be a plus for this role.,
