Looking for a telesales professional for home loans and LAPs (Loan Against Property) to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include explaining products, services, and eligibility criteria to customers, as well as collecting data to enhance customer experience. With 1-2 years of relevant experience, you will be expected to handle outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in home loans, provide detailed explanations about loan products, interest rates, and eligibility requirements, and tailor solutions to meet customers" specific needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting data on the impact of the company's services, following up with prospects post-sales meetings, and maintaining daily call records while submitting progress reports. To qualify for this role, you should have at least a 12th-grade education or higher, possess fluent communication skills in the local language, and have basic computer proficiency in tools like Excel and MS Word. Other tasks may include establishing contact with prospects, analyzing their needs, profiling eligibility, setting up appointments, and transferring customers to the appropriate department for further assistance. Preference will be given to candidates with inbound and outbound call experience in the LAP and home loan sector. This full-time position in the FinTech industry falls under the Sales & Business Development department, with a fixed morning shift schedule.
