About the Apprenticeship Program : We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Apprenticeship Program as Sales Representatives for Bank of Baroda loan products. This is a government-approved program designed to provide freshers with valuable work experience and industry knowledge. Role & responsibilities : * Promote and sell Bank of Baroda loan products to potential customers. * Build relationships with customers and understand their financial needs. * Process loan applications and ensure accuracy of documentation. * Maintain excellent customer service standards. Preferred candidate profile : * HSC or Graduate (freshers only). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Aadhar card linked with PAN card and mobile number. Perks and benefits : * Graduate : Stipend - Rs. 15,000 per month + Mediclaim & Accident Insurance Coverage. * Undergraduate (HSC) : Stipend - Rs. 13,000 per month + Mediclaim & Accident Insurance Coverage. * Opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the banking sector. * Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the program. * Provide full training like - Sales, product, self development etc. * Leaves as per company policy.
